Model mi-500 is a twin spindle winding machine manufactured by manoj industries. It is ideally suited for high production of ceiling fan stators. Any stator can be accommodated, by changing the tooling [winding head]. The salient features are as listed: two 3-phase motors operate two spindles at 2000 rpm. Two permanent magnet dc motors in conjunction with the electronic preset counter control the number of turns. The counter also ensures the right direction of winding [forward/reverse] for the winding machine [twin spindle].The copper wire is lead through ceramic tensioners and guides to ensure smooth and tight uniform winding without wire breakage.
