• The base, filling tank, filling valves, centre column assembly, cap hopper, suit, shaft / shaft housings, jar holding rotary plates, pipes and fittings of the machine are made of s.S.304.

• The table top of the machine is made of M.S. And claded with s.S.304 sheet.

• The gears are made of Alloy steels with duly painted / powder coated.

• All parts coming in contact with the product / water are made of S.S.304.

• The filling valves are as per international standard and drip proof.

• All guides and stars are made of Nylon / H.D.P.E.

• The machine is driven by variable frequency main drive and gear box.

• The electrical panel body is also made of S.S.304 material.

• The machine is provided with U.V. Lamp to kill the bacteria within the cap, well before the cap moves on to the bottle.
