The insulating varnish protects against moisture and corrosion, possessing high arc-resistance and insulating properties. It - 88 insulating varnish is useful for applications that range from 105 to 220 classes. The coating forms tough, flexible film with deep penetration property. The insulating varnish has high arc resistance and non-tracking properties and resistance from oil, water, acids and alkalis. Exhibiting and excellent adhesion, the coating has low baking temperatures and high thermal ratings of up to 240 ºc. These insulating varnish find applications in induction temperatures for use in motor, stator, coil and transformer impregnation. The insulating varnishes comprises controller shafts, finger blocks, switch bases, and other electrical insulation, switch parts [porcelain molded compound, etc], field coils, windings and machine frames, inside motor frames, commutator parts, collector rings, and enameled wire coils. These varnishes are useful for sealing oil lines, air lines, threaded pip joints, transformer drain taps, gaskets, etc.
