Product Profile of Nitrogen Free Phenolic Resin
Nitrogen Free Phenolic Resin is activated with acid catalyst and used in production of steel, alloy steels and sophisticated iron castings. The Resin is used in thick section castings as it offers hot strength, good scratch hardness at high temperature, resistance to metal penetration and mould dilation. The Resin is a free flowing, transparent liquid, dark in colour with a light brown liquid catalyst. The Nitrogen Free Phenolic Resin contains solids and adjustable PH to suit various foundry applications in tropical conditions.
