The flange used for making Bobbins is from standard brands of hylam sheets with tested hardness and shock resistance features and in different colors and varied thickness. The Aluminium part of the bobbin is subjected to electrolyses process which gives electrolysed permanent color finish. These Bobbins have dyed color finish in different colors with glossy or matt finish. These Bobbins are ultraviolet resistant. These Bobbins are available in both chrome plating as well as powder coating.
