Estovir controls offers automatic cut & bend machine for axials, model uap-850. It is able to cut and bend thousands of components per hour having range from 1/8 w to 2 w. The components are processed through a motor unit with an instantaneous start and stop feature. The sequential cutting feature avoids axial tension in delicate components like diodes. All components are well protected against mechanical stress during cutting and bending operations. Loose components can be processed by attaching parts feeder that expands the field of applications. The feeder is placed very easily on the machine with a single screw. The roller drum, that is adjustable in accordance with the component size, automatically sorts, centres and feeds the components to the cut and bend machine. The uap-850 can also process taped axial components in vertical configuration and taped radial components with separate attachments.
