Shridhan international offers vertical mounting type magnetic float switches for monitoring liquid level in all types of storage and process tanks. These float switches are equipped with hermetically scaled reed switches at certain predetermined points in a hollow non-ferrous shaft and the reed switches are actuated by tile magnetic field of a permanent magnet housed inside the float which will be reliably sliding on the shaft. The switches are available as normally open, normally closed or changeover type, in single or multilevel version, with voltage rating up to 240 v ac/dc and current rating upto 3 a with total volt-amperes upto 100va. The switches are available with all wetted parts made of stainless steel or brass, and float of pu foam, polypropylene or stainless steel. Float switches with entire stainless steel construction are used for high temperature and high pressure applications and are compatible for almost all liquids. These switches have to be mounted vertically on tank top at any altitude from vertical to 30° inclination. They are available in various mounting options like flanged, threaded or screwed type. Float switches with ip 65 protection are available for highly inflammable liquids.
