Hi-therm boiler engineers provides hit series pressure jet oil burners. These pressure jet oil burners are available in 10 to 600 lph range for both light and heavy oils. The pressure jet oil burners are applicable for steam boilers, hot air/ water generators, hot mix plant, process heaters, etc. The company supplies these burners in on/off single stage and hi/lo/on/off two stage operation options. The unit comprises of a burner head carrying burner assembly with oil nozzle, electrodes, diffuser, flame tube, etc. The pressure jet oil burners are available with construction such as hinge type door for comfortable maintenance; centrifugal blower with hydraulically operated air regulator for air combustion; heating pumping filtering units for supplying fuel oil with proper temperature and pressure to the burner. The company provides the control panel housed with electrical accessories for various motors and freestanding desk type heaters. The burners come with a microprocessor based sequence controller with requisite timing for pre-purging, auto ignition, fuel controls, etc, making it automatic. Photocell works as the flame supervisor and locks the burner in case of flame failure.
