Moderate machines provides roll crushers. These roll crushers are generally used as secondary crushers for make smaller fractions with heavy-duty, long life service and minimum maintenance. The roll crushers come with the working principle that two parallel roller shells rotate in opposite direction and materials are nipped for crushing. The roll crushers are available with technical features like frame body of ms plates reinforced by steel ribs; ms squares base frame riveted to main frame; the top and side plates are bolted to main frame of the parallel kept stationary and adjustable/ floating two rollers; each roller rotates in two bush bearings; adjustable roller is spring loaded for safety of machine in case any uncrushable material comes/ passes through machines without doing any damage; roller shell are mounted on shaft by coupling; oil ring is provided for bearing lubrication and spur gears are mounted on shaft of each roller and drive roller shell independently.
