Np hydropneumatic systems manufactures hydro- pneumatic clamping systems. Such a hydro- pneumatic clamping system, follows a rapid, reliable and consistent method of clamping jobs for machining work. Working principle: application of low-pressure air from a compressed air-supply, to the large area of the air-piston of the booster, and applying the resultant load, thus generated to an oil chamber, via a hydraulic piston of small cross sectional area, thereby generating high pressure in the oil. This high-pressure oil is supplied via a rigid metallic tubing or flexible hose, to compact clamp heads, where this high-pressure oil, acting on the piston area, produces the specific clamping force of the clamp head. This hydro- pneumatic clamping system, is extensively used, for a large variety of industrial applications. It ranges from 1/ 4 tonne to 5 tonnes, and comes with stroke from 5-25 mm, in solid piston, hollow piston, threaded body and rectangular body execution, with push or pull type actuation.
