Sure Safety offers Gate Valve Lockout. Sure Safety is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. The Gate Valve Lockout is made of injection-molded polypropylene. The gate valve lockouts are extremely rugged for superior impact and chemical resistance. They can easily withstand temperatures from -20 Degree F to 300 Degree F. Unique knockout center accommodates OS and Y or `rising stem` valves. Lockouts accept locks with shackles up to 3/8 inch diameter. The sizes of the gate valve lockouts are 1-2.5 inch, 2.5-5 inch and 5-6.5 inch.
