Product Profile of Proportional-Integral-Derivative [Pid] Electronic Controllers
Surag Instruments manufactures Proportional–Integral–Derivative Electronic Controllers. Surag Instruments offers various types of process control equipments. The Proportional–Integral–Derivative Electronic Controllers are mostly used for control of temperature, pressure and humidity.
Key Features of Proportional-Integral-Derivative [Pid] Electronic Controllers
- The programmable sensor input allows for direct connection of temperature probes [RTD/TC/NTC/PTC] or normalized analog signals [0/1 to 5V, 0/2 to 10V, 0/4 to 20 mA] for different signal sensors [e.g. pressure sensors, humidity sensors, etc].
- The current and voltage inputs for norm signals together with the internal transmitter supply allow for easy measurement and control of all physical measurement values.
- The controllers are available with a current transformer input for the heater break function and with 2 digital inputs that permit the remote communication of the active set point.
- The controllers are available with PID, 2-point, 3-point, and 3-point motor valve control.
- Up to 5 outputs as relays, SSR or norm signal are available. Manifold alarm functions are programmable, e.g., it is possible to adjust the hysteresis, alarm output activity, start- up behavior and alarm `Latch`.
- The auto-tuning function guarantees the most briefly programming of all requested values.
- The plug-in type controller is interchangeable from front side and easily to install and to operate.
- The high protection class of the front side even permits operation under rough ambient conditions.
- The controllers are also available with an RS 485 serial communication interface.
- It is possible to connect the regulator with a MOD-BUS network to a PC wherein PC is used as supervisor.
