Perfect electronics presents compact and low-cost mosfet driver circuits for production of low-cost inverters of 50 w to 10 kw. These consist of single ic that drives the mosfets in two channels along with inverter transformer. By changing the design of the inverter transformer and increasing the number of mosfets in two channels, one can drive the load from 50 w to 10 kw load. The module also comprises of the facility of low battery indication, low battery cutoff, no load cutoff and short-circuit protection. Ic used non-programmable type. The circuit is on the single-sided board of size 1.5" x 3" so this replaces big size board of the inverter. The circuit can operate on 12 v, 24 v, 48 v, 96 v, etc, to achieve the required power. Also, there is no charger section.
