Transera systems has launched pin/pore hole detector model-50. It is made to detect pin holes/pores, unpainted points/spots of any thin dielectric film, paint/coat on any metal surface up to a thickness of 500 micron. Model-50 is a simple, hand held, battery operated, easy to use, reliable and problem-free instrument. Audio and visual means indicates The location of pin hole/pore. . The unit is offered with a 9 v battery, moving probe, and a sponge. Wet sponge technique is being used that is non-destructive in nature.
