Precitec manufactures different models of hydraulic operated rotary indexing tables. These are specially designed and manufactured to meet precision indexing requirement for spm builders and production shops. High precision ground hirth gears locates the indexing plates, giving very high indexing accuracy. They operate on the principle of lift, rotate and clamp. The tables are given with adjustments to select the number of indexing stations. They are offered with in-built flow control valves and end cushioning for indexing. Any multiples of 5° up to 180° can be indexed. All the wear parts are hardened, ground and manufactured to high degree of accuracy. The proximity switches are given to sense the table clamp and the completion of the index. The tables are properly lubricated for long life with provision of oil sight glass to indicate the oil level. The tables are usable on the existing machines and also on multistation spms. The tables are suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting. They are manufactured with the indexing accuracy of ±6 seconds.
