The Corrosion Resistant Electrical Panels are subjected to either seven tank processes or sand blasting process to make the sheet metal free from rusting and greasing. During the seven tank process these panels are hot phosphated. These panels are then coated with zinc rich primer. Then these Panels are washed and then fine finished by grinding paper. Putty is used to feel up the patches and Epoxy based surfacer is coated on the Panel.
