Promas engineers offers granulators. A self-contained portable unit, which is used for a wide range of dry and wet granulating, pulverizing, mixing, shredding and chopping, etc, at a high speed. The unit consists of quality hopper, processing chamber and hammer blades, suitable screen, reversible switch, dol starter, four-speed arrangement container and pillar mounted on base plate with caster wheels. Operates on the working principle of variable force swing the beaters having both knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the desired size reduction. The material is to be charged into the hopper, it moves into the periphery of the screen with the help of the knife and impact edges the material passes through the screen radially and tangentially, thus avoiding the choking of material in the chamber and rise in temperature. The oscillating granulator is designed in all respects and fitted with 2 hp, tefc, three-phase 415 v, electric motor, standard reduction gearbox and a starter.
