It can be used as an effective dryer, fast mixer and blender or homogeniser. Or as agranulator. Promas dryer is specifically designed for the range of products like amorphous and crystalline structure. During drying the blocks or lumps, which are present in the product, are easily broken by a stirring high-speed lump breaker device. Thus, it is versatile as it reduces the down time required for cleaning and inspection of the system before changing over to the new product. The drying time is reduced because of high-speed choppers, which help the evaporation of solvent or moisture. Choppers speed can be controlled by a frequency drive. There is fast and total discharge if dried product because of conical shape. Promas provide high efficiency filtration unit for special applications in between cyclone separator and vacuum chamber.
