It is a combined lip and compression seal. The pipe manufacturer positions these seals in the socket. The seal design gives low assembly forces making pipe joining easier. The f-575 pipe seals meet the european standards 101 both, pressure and vacuum, deflection and shear loads. Material of construction is synthetic rubber. Sizes available are 63, 75, 90. 11o, 125, 140, 160, 200, 225, 250, 280 and 315 diameter.
