Heat gen services manufactures universal programmable controllers [model dpc-302] that have unique standard features, like two set points ramp/soak field selectable, universal input of j, k, s, t, pt-100, and universal output relay/ssr/ analogue. These controllers have proportional output/on-off, high and low alarm relay output, 9- to 260 v. The instruments also have smps based power supply and are power spike and power failure protected. Other features include: microprocessor based, cycle time adjustable, onsite software calibration, dual display, membrane keypad, lacquered glass fibre pcbs with hal, power on watch dog timer etc. The universal programmable controllers are 100 percent indigenous serviceable.
