Malik engineers manufactures hydraulic press for bakelite moulding, rubber moulding, general pressing operations, forming, etc. The machine is manufactured in column type or frame-type construction and is down stroking type except for rubber moulding where it is up stroking type. The hydraulic cylinder is precision manufactured from honed steel tube with the ram being hard chrome plated.Proper packing is used to avoid any oil leakage while in operation, even at high pressures.The movable platen is accurately aligned and operates in adjustable guides to maintain parallelism with the fixed platen. The hydraulic power pack comprises a suitable pump driven by a suitable electric motor, valves [solenoid or manually operated], pressure gauge, piping, oil tank, etc. The machine is currently manufactured in capacities of 30, 60, 100,150,200 tonnes in semi-automatic or fully automatic versions along with suitable electrical and electronic hardware to control the machine operation.
