Technomachines offers piston die-casting machines [gc series]. This die-casting machine is complete in all respects consisting of power packs, hydraulic cylinders, direction control valves, plcs, pendent controls, proximity switches, etc. These die-casting machines are provided with motorised central lubrication systems. These lubrication systems deliver the right amount of oil to all the sliding surfaces without fail every 2 hours. Following are some of the constructional features of these piston die-casting machines: the core is basically a 5-piece construction. Additionally other die parts, such as crown, moulds, etc, are also provided. Hydraulic cylinders are supplied to give movements to moulds, eye pads, crown, and lock, tilting. Lock cylinders provide delayed movement to small tools. During automatic cycle, metal pouring, ring placing and piston removal are manual. All other tool movements during assembly and disassembly, including air/water cooling are automatic. Plcs from siemens, germany supply the complete controls in the machine. All movements are also obtainable in manual mode. As-cast crown piston can be made on the machine; as well as both rc and non-rc pistons can be cast on these machine.
