Piston Die Casting Machine is designed for high consistent quality piston casting. The Machine is available in piston diameter range from 40 to 175 mm. The Machine is provided with cooling valves and has centralised lubrication system that automatically lubricates all sliding surfaces at regular intervals. The Machine is hydraulically operated with in-built power packs and is controlled by touch screen HMI with in-built PLC. The Machine is offered in semi-automatic manner and can accommodate 5 piece core designs. The Piston Die Casting Machine is capable of casting pistons with ring and also as-cast crown and has bed tilting facility for pistons above 70 mm in diameter.
