Kolben International manufactures Valve Plates and Valve Assemblies. Kolben International also manufacture and export wide Freon, ammonia and air compressor spares, expansion valves, solenoid valves, thermostats, refrigeration controls, relief valves, shell and tube type condensers and chillers. The Company also offers replacement compressor spares like piston, piston rings, connecting rod, cylinder liners, valve plates, mechanical seal and oil pumps. The Valve Plates have thickness ranging from 5mm to 15mm. The Valve Plates and Valve Assemblies are made of graded cast iron to withstand high temperature and high pressures. The Valve Plates are surface grinded and micro lapped. The Valve Plates and Valve Assemblies undergo 100% inspection for flatness and leak test.
