The Teflon Fortified Lithium Soap Grease is a blend of Polytetrafluoroethylene [PTFE] fluorocarbon particles in specially prepared lithium-based, water-repellent grease. This grease is also fortified with rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors and additives that provide good film strength, better adhesion at high speed, under medium-to-high loads. The plating of PTFE applied to the mating surfaces under working conditions enhances the component`s life and increases re-lubrication intervals.
This Teflon Fortified Lithium Soap Grease has an application in a continuous operating temperature up to 140 Degree C and in majority of situations specifying lubrication, especially in high pressure, water and salt-water conditions including wire ropes. The Teflon Fortified Lithium Soap Greases are applicable for all general purpose application in automotive and Industrial segments viz. Machinery, tools, overhead garage door, channels, fan, motors, slides, gears etc. This grease has good corrosion prevention characteristics and as such finds application in marine segment also viz. Cables, couplings, gears, hitches, winches, etc. The grease is available in package of 180 kg, 18 kg, 5 kg and 1 kg.
