The Synthetic Cutting Fluids are premium quality water-soluble oil free fully synthetic type coolant, specially developed for use on ferrous metals only. It does not undergo bacterial degradation and does not leave objectionable odour. Further, it is non foaming, non toxic, non hazardous, ensuring total safety of the workmen. It is operator friendly and economical in use due to high mixing ratio and long service life.
The Pal Synco-100 Synthetic Cutting Fluid is equipped with rust, corrosion inhibitor, bactericide, fungicide, etc. It has several advantages over conventional soluble cutting oil. These fluids are recommended for machining and grinding of ferrous metals only. The Pal Synco- 200 Synthetic Cutting Fluids contains EP additive to give high surface finish. These oils are recommended for machining and grinding of iron, steel, non-alloyed steel and nickel-chrome steel. They are available in package of 210 Lt, 50 Lt and 20 Lt.
