The Heavy Viscous Black Bituminous Open Gear Compounds is of two types, `Pal OGC-120/ 140`. These are specifically made with special EP and thickness agents. They have excellent film strength to withstand high pressure, normally encountered in heavily loaded open gears. The Heavy Viscous Black Bituminous Open Gear Compounds also possess good antiwear and antirust properties. They are homogeneous and heat reversible, i.E., they return to the same homogeneous state after heating as before heating. Thus they have the ability to stay in place and provide protection to open gears and wire ropes. The Heavy Viscous Black Bituminous Open Gear Compounds are available in package of 180 kg and 18 kg.
