Pemco engineering provides bellows. These bellows protect operators from accidental contact with moving machine parts. They also give an aesthetic view to the machine. The bellows are economical, cost-machines and are manufactured from time tested synthetic material, which have proved their mettle in actual operating conditions over a decade. The bellows are long lasting and coated with polyurethane to achieve 100 per cent waterproof. They are deckle [coated with polyurethane] high tensile synthetic fabric on both sides. This can withstand the temperature up to 350ºc. The bellows are available in different shapes and sizes to suit applications with matching mounting options. The range of products also includes custom-built covers [telescopic covers], guideway wipers, rollaway covers, apron covers, cable drag chains, etc. These bellows are also universally used to protect guideways of machining equipment, measuring equipment, handling equipment and industrial robots, machining centres and heavy-duty machines from dust, dirt, chips, coolants, cutting oils fluids and stray sparks.
