Tmpl machines offer rotamatic circular temperature controlled solder pots. These solder pots rotate against a fixed dross removal blade that removes dross from the molten solder surface and deposits in an annular tray from where it is swept automatically into an exit chamber. This process leaves a virgin solder surface for dross free tinning of components. Adjustable depth plates can be fitted as an option to control the depth of dipping when it is used for manual soldering operations. The maximum temperature is 450ºc and the parts coming in contact with the solder is made out of stainless steel grade ss-316 and titanium for lead-free operations. The standard solder capacity is 3.5 kg [approximately] and higher pot size capacities are possible [option].
