Designed specifically for card repair/component tinning/component soldering, the model rs-20 pcb repair/flow soldering station is ideal for removing individual components from a populated pcb and re-soldering the new components with least effort or for accurate tinning of components or small pcb assemblies. A motor driven dc pump [optional maintenance free ac motor with drive for accurate height setting is available] generates a settable wave [range 1 to 6 mm] to suit individual requirements. Hold the affected part of the populated pcb over the molten solder bath for a few seconds, remove the faulty component by an ic remover or core cap, use hot air blow-off gun to dear component mounting holes insert the new component, and hold the pcb over the bath to re-solder. In the case of tinning operation, either manually tin the components or use the pneumatic attachment to obtain better quality. The machine is equipped with solder pump, motor, solder pot with heaters, `k` type thermocouple and pid temperature controller cum indicator, with levelling bolts. The station insulated all round with ceramic insulation to conserve heat energy. Different types of plug in ss/titanium nozzles are available. Customer-specific nozzles can also be supplied. All parts coming in contact with solder is made from ss316l/titanium.
