Tmpl machines provides infrared curing machines that comprise of a sturdy aluminium frame, stove enamel painted/powder coated with ss chain drive, ac drive motor with vector speed controls. The heating system comprises of two zone; an infrared heating zone [4 kw] to raise the temperature of magnets at 115 c and zone [2 kw] to maintain the temperature of magnets at 130 c at the exit end of the conveyor. An optional bottom ceramic heating stage is required for heating magnetos weighing 14 kgs to approximately 110 c. A loading and unloading stage is provided for holding the magnets and it passes through the heating stages by means of friction only. Two temperature controllers [pid type] are provided for each heating stage and an alarm [tower lamp 3-stage] is provided for emergency indication. Additionally a safety circuit is incorporated in machine. If the operator fails to remove the magneto after 5 minutes, the magneto, which is in zone-1, will tend to overheat this magnet core. To avoid this, a sensor with timer is provided to drop down this temperature from set temperature to 50 per cent less and maintain. Only upon deactivation of sensor the temperature will come back to its normal set temperature. This is an optional feature.
