Gears & gear drives manufactures agri series gear drives for tractors and farm equipment. These are bevel gear drives with taper roller bearings and are two types, viz, light weight using aluminium body and medium weight using grey iron casting. The bevel gears are made of forgings designed for high tooth loading, duly case hardened and mounted rigidly on spline shafts. The shafts are made out of nickel chrome alloy steel designed for high impact loading. Housings and end covers are made with closely grained grey iron casting. Shafts are splined to sae standard for fitment into any power take-off shaft of tractors and other agricultural machines.
