Airmax pneumatics manufactures iso rotary actuators for valves and damper control, from aira valve automation. These rotary actuators are characterized by the following features: namur standard pinion top [an international standard] is used which has the pinion [shaft] top drilled and slotted for easy assembling of switches, positioners and other accessories; namur pad for solenoid valve [an international standard] are used whose air supply ports are covered with interface plate as per namur standard to facilitate direct mounting of solenoid valve at actuator; iso-5211/din - 3337 standard mounting for valve [an international standard] is installed which has double bottom drilling for actuator to valve assembling and centering, designed for strength and easy mounting or interchangeability; iso-5211//din - 3337 standard pinion bottom [an international standard] with bottom of the pinion [shaft] as female key, double square hole for assembling on valves with square key stem and in line or turned 45[ designed for strength and sure-fix with stem; actuator life is enhanced by the use of replaceable sliding skates between pistons [racks] and internal bore surface of the actuator which avoids metal contact; the pre-loaded spring cartridges remove the danger in the case of disassembly of spring return actuator which allows easy change of spring number present inside; aria actuators have compact design and it is common for both double acting and single acting [spring return], which offers high torque values. Internal sliding surface is lapped and anodised to minimum friction and provides long life of actuators. External protection: corrosion strength to 500 hours in salted fog.
