• Machine Base: Machine base casting in one piece, ribbed cell like structures of meehanite cast iron with plain and V guide ways coated with low friction material to reduce the wear on the sliding system.
• Machine Column: The column is cast from meehanite cast iron, with double structure having cross ribs of considerable thickness to ensure high torional and flexional stiffness to the system.
• Spindle: Wheel Spindle unit is interchangeable cartridge type, with the body made of meehanite cast iron.
• Cross slide: The cross slide consists of a cast iron enbloc piece. The Slide travels on the ground cross rail ways.
• Stabilization of Casting: All the castings are seasoned for 12 months after milling for high stability and to ensure higher accuracies
• Control Unit: It helps in entering a completely automatic grinding cycle including work piece specific and automatic wheel dressing.
