Klinweld wires supplies co2 wires in convenient drum packs of capacity 100 and 250 kg. They come in all sizes like 0.60, 0.80, 1.00, 1.20 and 1.60 mm. This "drum pack" saves valuable welding time and increases welding speed. For 10000 kg of co2 mig welding wires, 100 kg drum pack can be changed 100 times and it requires 15 minutes/drum to change it. Thus it requires 25 hours [100 times x 15 minutes per drum]. Whereas for same weight, 250 kg drum pack can be changed 40 times and it requires 15 minutes/drum to change it. Thus it requires 10 hours [40 times x 15 minutes per drum]. Thanks to this it saves welding time, increases welding length as well as welding speed also. Drum packed co2 mig wires increases the life of torch, liner and tips. Height for 100 kg is 780 mm.
