Hi-tech pharma equipments offers fluoropolymer coated and lined. While glass lined reactors are common enough, columns, tanks, receivers, filters, condensers, pipes and valves in fluoropolymer coating and lining are manufactured and supplied by hi-tech pharma equipments considering safety they have introduced, conductive [anti-static] halar as well as pfa coating whose electrical resistance is in the range of 10e6 - 7/ square, which dissipates static electricity charge in a fraction of a second. They construct tanks and receivers in seamless construction in metal ms/ss coated with pvdf, halar, pfa, etc, up to 3,000 litre capacity in vertical or horizontal mounting and in solid hdpe and pp up to 5,000 litre capacity. They have introduced pfa-coated shell and tube heat exchangers as well as u-tube heat exchangers. They are available in shell diameters from 150 nb to 600 mm nb, and heat transfer area of 1.0 to 12.0 m2 and heat transfer coefficient up to 400 kal/m2c. They can be in use from 100° to 200°c and from full vacuum to 10-kg/cm2 pressures. They can be used as condensers, evaporators or liquid heat exchangers and mounted vertically or horizontally.
