Jvc separation engineers provides central discharge gyroscreen, the most efficient vibrating screen for wet and dry screening, for processing industries. Apart from manufacturing vibratory sieves, the company has added products like screw conveyors for feeding the material to the screen. Also, magnetic separators can be incorporated to remove any iron contamination in the product during sieving operation. Gyro screens are equipped to handle up to five different screens one on the top other with feed trays in between to give six precise sized fraction in single screening operation. Special design with seven screens is also available for grading. Greater capacity more accurate screening: gyroscreen gives greater capacity per metre square of screening area and oversize material is discharged with relatively much less percentage of fines then other screening machines. Gyroscreen multi plane action limits screen blinding to an acceptable minimum. How-ever for material having inherent blinding characteristics, the gyroscreen offers anti-blinding accessories to eliminate blinding. Screen cloth is held in uniform tension on specially designed mesh frames. The drum tight screening surface vibrates rigidly without flexing of wires, greatly reducing screen wear and increasing screen life. No special flooring or foundation is required.
