Photon controls manufactures a miniature photoelectric proximity switch consisting of transmitter and receiver in the same housing. It employs the latest technique of pulsed modulation by diffused scan method to detect the objects. The proximity switch is provided with suitable built-in amplifier to give either relay or logic output. It is available in standard 18 mm brass chrome plated or abs plastic housing. It can detect opaque as well as transparent objects like plastic, cloth papers ferrous as well non-ferrous objects. The unit has three wires -two for supply and one output supported with status indicator. The switch has application in regulating, controlling automatic process like packaging machine, food processing, pharmaceutical, automobile cement, textiles, etc, industries.
