Photon controls presents optical system. These optical systems comprise of transmitter, receiver and control unit with the range of 5 to 10 metres for atomisation of process. It can be used to detect any object passing through transmitter and receiver arrangement. The control unit has facility of sensitivity adjustment with which the sensitivity for transparent or opaque object can be set. The relays ti and t2 are also provided on control unit eliminating requirement of external timers. The unit is available in supply 24 v dc/ 11 0 v ac/230 v ac, and output is relay change over with contacts rated for 5 a @ 230 v ac. The sensors can be housed in the required size and shape as required.
