These are designed for operator safety on pneumatic, hydraulic power presses, shears, press brakes, etc. This model has been developed out of expertise over the years. The unit includes transmitting and receiving elements consisting of number of beams depending on the height of curtain required and a control unit in a compact 96 x 96 panel cutout size. The control unit becomes more user- friendly due to its features like additional facility of lock-n-key by pass facility, power on illuminated switch, test facility and power on delay, etc. This provides ease of installation to user. The sensors operates on modulated infrared beam principle and have unique feature of multiple scanning, which makes it immune to fluctuations and self diagnostic. The transmitting and receiving elements has 3-pin and 4-pin connectors to make easy connections and individual beam status indicators to indicate unit in operation. The other features are such as individual beam by-pass test, total by-pass facilities, etc. The unit has widely useful in automobile, stamping, machine tool, press shops and other areas.
