Deublin of usa produces rotating unions to meet applications in synthetic fibre, slit film and monofilament industries. The company supplies a whole range of unions for water and thermic fluid services. During staple synthetic fibre production, the tow is passed over a series of stretcher rolls, which are heated by steam or hot oil service unions stretching the fibre and setting the size of the individual filaments in the tow. A series of rolls included in the crimpers are heated by steam or hot oil. These rolls crimp or kink the fibres and thereby making them suppler. Sometimes hot oil is used to heat the stretcher and crimper rolls. For this purpose deublin can also provide hot water service unions. Unions for thermic fluid service are also applied in rotary drum dryers.
