Hetal sales corporation has launched hot-air blower for plastic welding by contactless method,. This quick and efficient hot-air blower provides hot air through the nozzles, which is directed to the plastic parts to be welded together. The hot air stream can be adjusted, as finely as necessary for welding of various thickness of plastic materials. Temperature is electronically, stepless controlled from 20°c to 600°c, and hot-air flow is adjustable from 3 to 300 litre/min. Other features include increased carbon brush life of the motor, carbon brushes easy to exchange. Under certain conditions, it is possible to build the tool into machines and appliances. Connection of esd-lead to the standard size stud is also possible. The low noise level of only 59 db makes the tool nice to work with. A selection of 92 different standard size nozzles is available. It can be used in bending/shrinking/welding of plastics and thermoplastic materials, polymerisation in glass fibres, hot-air welding for roofing membranes made of pvc, ecb, epdm, cspe, etc, butt-welding of polyethylene/pvc pipes, tape welding to make water proof pvc or polyethylene tarpaulins, etc.
