In the coal burning systems, pulverised coal is not passed through the fans. This eliminates frequent maintenance for drive bearing and problems for warn out of the impellers. A well design venturi picks up the pulverised coals and feed them to the coal burners at high velocity for perfect combustion. Motive air feed through high efficiency blower is individually designed based on the coal burning capacity.
