Skey products offers hydraulically/pneumatically operated oil pumps. These pumps are operated intermittently for automatic lubrication of machines. In this pump the piston is operated by hydraulic/pneumatic pressure instead of a hand lever as in the case of manual pumps. A level gauge is provided for observing the oil level. A float switch is provided which operates when the oil level reaches to the minimum level. The pump can be mounted with 4 screws. The input hydraulic pressure required is 15 20 kg/cm² or the input pneumatic pressure required is 4 bar. After applying hydraulic/pneumatic pressure the pump operates and oil discharge of 6 cc or 10 cc takes place. The pump will be ready for next stroke only when the inlet pressure reduces to zero value. Once the inlet pressure reduces to zero value, the piston returns back to its initial position, charging the pump for next lubrication stroke. These pumps are supplied in the reservoir capacity ranging from 1 litre to 5 litres with pump, discharge of 6 cc to 10 cc.
