A wide range of centralized lubrication systems are supplied by skey products for oil, grease, air-oil/mist. Bijur type metering valves and dual line lubrication system are also offered under the brand name lubomatic. The formation of mist and oil mist is caused by the conversion of oil into very small automised droplets sizes varying up to 5 microns in a smoothly flowing air. The airflow is used as carrier. A thin oil film is created with the help of mist in the area to be lubricated. The system contains reservoir for oil; facility for regulating pressure and flow of oil and air; mixing chamber; nozzle for the formation of automised oil spray. When air supply starts the oil in reservoir gets pressurized and metered oil flows into the mixing chamber at the same time as the regulated airflow. The mixture of air and oil is then passed to the nozzles where oil particles are split and atomized mist is formed and sprayed on the area/surface to be lubricated. The quantity of oil flow is precisely controlled. There are two systems of mist lubrication: intermittent operated mist lubrication for machine tools and equipments; continuous mist lubrication for bearing, conveyors, etc. Intermittent operated mist lubrication consists of a pneumatically operated or motorized pump; metering cartridges or bijur type metering valve; nozzle for forming fine automised spray mist; fittings, pipe lines, etc. Continuous mist lubrication system consists of reservoir for oil [acrylic or steel]; solenoid valves for switching on/off air and oil; pressure regulating valve for main airline and for regulating air pressure in reservoir; airflow control valve; mixing valve; pressure gauge; slight glass for observing oil discharging in drops; fittings and piping.
