Legris india has developed dinova rings for all installations. These hydraulic connecting rings are applicable for durable sealing with three gripping bites and two ptfe seals and ensures safety installations with a mechanical stop. These dinova rings have resistance to aggressive fluids and high temperatures [-40 to 200 ºc] ensured by ptfe seals and have three bites, front seal and back seal. Dinova ring can be interchanged with two-bite ring and enables use of din range bodies and nuts the same operations and tool of assembly. The hydraulic connecting rings are available with technical specifications like front seal with metal/metal sealing within 24º cone and additional sealing with ptee seals; back seal gets into compression once crimping has been achieved. The ring, nut and body components include lubricant coating that allow easy assembly and allow lower tightening torques without any risk of seizing. The gripping bites of dinova enable increased area of tube clamping on the bites and on the ring back part guaranteeing resistance to strong vibration. All din standard fittings are manufactured from drawn or forged steel according to din 3859-1 norm approved by a number of qualified certification bodies.
