Sepro vibratory finishing machines manufactured by separation engineers are used for deburring and finishing of various components and sub-assemblies. These machines are ideal for metalic and non-metallic components, bearing accessories, hand tools, cutlery, press and machined parts, automobile parts, surgical and orthopedic parts, electrical switchgears, forging and castings, etc. They are also used for processes like deburring, descaling, degreasing, derusting, edge/corner reducing, smoothening, brightening, burnishing, polishing, deflashing, preplating finish, fine finishing, etc. The machines are available from 25 ltrs to 1200 ltrs capacity, having pbr/synthetic/pu lining. The components to be deburred and finished are loaded into the bowl, along with a specific proportion of media, water and finishing compound. Then the machines run to make components and media along with compound roll over each other and interact rigorously, resulting in deburring, finishing, descaling, discoloring, burnishing, smoothening and brightening of components. The finish achieved depends on the type and size of media, type and composition of chemicals and cycle time given. The machines are fitted with lowest powered motors, therefore much less running cost for desired finish compared to any conventional machines.
