Zkl bearing presents bearing fitting tools. These specials mechanical fitting tools ensures easy and dent-free mounting of bearing up to 5 mm bore on shaft as well as in housing bore. The tool set consists of various sizes of impact rings and corresponding extended sleeves. These two together guide bearing on shaft uniformly without alignment problem. The impact ring face ensures the even and simultaneous contact with bearing inner and outer ring. This prevents any damage to the bearing raceways. The kit contains 33 various sizes of rings with bore diameter from 10 to 50 mm. These rings are machined and hardened with black oxidised coating. These rings are equipped with o-rings to hold impact sleeve when pressed on and enables different rings to be combined with each sleeve, as per bearing sizes.
