High-performance pullers are launched by ekta enterprises.Pullright brand of heavy duty, high performance pullers/ extractors are excellent tools to quickly and effectively dismount bearings, pulleys, gears, couplings, etc. The puller containsconsists of two/three forged and heat treated alloy steel jaws guaranteed to which ensures withstand high load without bending/breaking. The jaws are fitted in the holder by high tensile screws. The female tee section of the holder slides on a guiding male tee section of the main arm. Both male/female tee sections are precision ground and matched. The parallelism of the jaws on any diameter is within 0.2 mm thus it ensuresing full grip of jaws on the machine elements which is to be extracted. Once adjusted up to the desired diameter, tthe jaws can be putset in position by tightening locking bolts, once adjusted up to the desired diameter. This givesensures no slippage of jaws during extraction. To reduce chances of wear, a a toughened alloy steel spindle of fine/square thread is provided to reduce chances of a wear. At one end of the spindle there is a hardened, ground rotating centrecenter., and and at the other end there is a tommy which fits in the spindle. The rotating centre reduces chances of damage to the shaft, tthe tommy facilitates applying higher leverage required to extract highly jammed assemblies. These pullers are available in sizes which ranges from 100 mm up. To 450 mm diameter in both 2 jaw/3 jaw designs and which provideoffer a foolproof method of extracting bearings, pulleys, couplings, gears, etc.
