Rawji Industrial Corporation manufactures Humidity Resistant Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester [FRP] Pre-Fabricated Cabin. Rawji Industrial Corporation is a manufacturer & exporter of FRP Products and Aromatic Chemicals. This Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester [FRP] Pre-Fabricated Cabin is resistant to Humidity, Termites and Pests. There is no rotting or corroding of the Cabin as in Wooden or Steel Cabins. The panels are well insulated providing a cool environment. The Cabins are well balanced and Self supporting.

The specifications of the Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester [FRP] Pre-Fabricated Cabin are:

• Size : As per customers requirement.

• Walls : The Cabin walls are made of FR.P. Sandwich panels. The panels are made of 1.5 mm thick FR.P. Skin with corrugated structural member in between. This makes the walls a very strong structural system. Overall thickness of the panel will be 17/18 mm.

• Roof : FR.P. Roof has Dome like structure for smaller Cabins upto the size of 6 ft. Larger cabins will have a sloping roof. Tile roof can be provided on request.

• Doors : 17/18mm thick moulded FR.P. Door is fixed on side with SS hinges. The fixing system is trouble free. Lock is provided. Fixed glazing can be provided on the door on request.

• Windows: Powder Coated Aluminium windows of size 3` x 4` are provided on two sides on the Cabin or other suitable sizes as per the size of the cabin.

• Flooring: 18 mm thick ply coated with F.R.P. From all sides for water resistance.

• Base: The Cabin is erected on M.S. Framework as base. Four 3" heavy pipes are provided as legs. The base height is 130 mm.

• Electricals: Light, fan and one 5 amps socket and telephone jack are provided. The mains can be easily connected to the plug socket provided at the back.

• Desk: A shelf like desk is provided under the window.
